A tower server suits an office without a server room: it stands on the floor and needs no rack. A rack server is the choice when you already have a rack, need several servers or plan to grow.

A separate storage system is needed when several servers must work with the same data — for example in a failover cluster — or when the data no longer fits on the drives inside the server. For a single office server the internal drives are usually enough.
In most cases yes. During the audit we check the compatibility of the network, the hypervisor, the backup software and the existing storage, and plan the integration before the purchase.
